For the first month, we'll meet weekly for about an hour each to build your financial plan. After that, we'll meet monthly to review your financial results, perform analysis, identify areas in need of improvement, and set action plans.

Our training is for non-financial brewery owners, managers and staff. We take the complexity out of financial training so that you can implement the ideas right away to improve financial results in your brewery.
